Jet gayanya very confident sebelum masuk kolam renang – all gears in check! Lengkap dengan mini AFL ball (ga dipake akhirnya).
 
Tapi setelah liat air dianya jadi cold feet – ga mau masuk – mau duduk2 doang di pinggir kolam renang – setelah dibujuk2 akhirnya mau masuk tapi gw mesti gendong-in.

Well, the first week of my mini retirement was really good. Lina is preparing for her L license Driver Knowledge Test – so she asked me to get Jet out of the house on certain times of the day (mainly in the morning) so she can concentrate and study.

Wow – 9 months already! It has been a joy watching both of my boys growing up – I really thank God for them (and for my wife too) – I am so undeserving (I guess that’s the story of being a christian anyway).

We celebrated Jet’s 3rd birthday today at Taronga Zoo. We had fun with Chenny, Oma, Grid and Sui, Thankfully Jet was really enjoying his time there too. We loved the seals show.
 

Matthew has started to intentionally pronouncing mama and papa (although more like baba) – this the result of Lina teaches him these simple words. Calling me (papa) really take him a lot of effort – he needs to practice for few minutes first before pronouncing the word correctly. At last he can call us if [...]

Not much happening – except that doctor has confirmed that he got a skin infection, not as bad as the previous one (the previous one – the infection got into the blood stream).
He’s also currently sick at the moment – kasian banget tampangnya.

It’s been a week Jeremiah doesn’t use nappy, he’s now able to do no 1 and no 2 in the toilet.
We’re quite happy about this, we did toilet train him a couple months ago but it wasn’t working. And recently Lina tried again, this time she uses a very unconventional method (it’s pretty horrible [...]

We have been praying for Jet as his behavior was worsened a lot. But he’s actually better now. Praise God!
I am continue to amaze at Jet’s linguistic skills, he’s now picking up Ambonese really well.

Jeremiah has thrown his worst tantrum yet. He didn’t want to sleep by himself, he cried and screamed.
I have never delivered this level of punishment before and yet it didn’t seem to work on him today. I felt sad and disappointed. I am sad as Jet’s behaviour seems to deteriorate (despite our prayers [...]
